Canada has learned of its opponents for CONCACAF Round 2 of the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil Qualifiers. Canada, St. Kitts and Nevis, Puerto Rico and St. Lucia will face each other in Round 2 / Group C action, with matches expected to commence in September 2011.
Canada has learned of its opponents for CONCACAF Round 2 of the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil Qualifiers. Canada, St. Kitts and Nevis, Puerto Rico and St. Lucia will face each other in Round 2 / Group C action, with matches expected to commence in September 2011.
Canada’s opponents were announced on Saturday 30 July at the Preliminary Draw for the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil. Canada’s head coach Stephen Hart was in attendance for the event in Rio de Janeiro.
The upcoming FIFA World Cup Qualifiers will mark the first time Canada faces each of these three nations at the national “A” level.
