Hart speaks at Toronto Coaching Conference

Canadian national head coach Stephen Hart will be in attendance for the National Soccer Coaching Conference at the University of Toronto this 4-5 February 2012. The two-day event takes place at the University of Toronto - St. George Campus. Other clinicians / guest speakers include Nick Dasovic, Stuart Neely, Jason de Vos and Paolo Ceccarelli.
Session topics include maintaining possession of the ball, transition play from an attacking perspective, finishing from central and wide areas, zonal defending principles, high pressure and defending, advanced goalkeeping techniques and tactics, attacking from midfield areas, how to build a team, experience of coaching a team at the professional level, and how to develop the Canadian player.
On-field sessions will be led by Neely, Hart, Dasovic and Bob Gansler of the United States Soccer Federation. On-field sessions take place at the Varsity Centre Dome. Players from the Toronto Varsity Blues and Toronto FC Academy will be used in the sessions.
