Open to residents of Alberta, Ontario, or New Brunswick only
Individuals can nominate themselves or others
Must be 18 years of age or older to be nominated
Must be a current Volunteer at a club in good standing with the Canadian Soccer Association
Must hold any of the following positions (not exclusive): coach, administrator, event planning, and board member
