Cancellation Policy

With regard to candidate’s who find themselves having to drop out of a course and cancelling their registration, the Canadian Soccer Association has put the following policy in place:

  1. All cancellations must be made in writing to the Canadian Soccer Association, Technical Department.
  2. Should a candidate withdraw after a position has been offered on the National Course, a refund will be made up until seven (7) days prior to the commencement of the course, subject to a $100 processing fee.
  3. Cancellations made any time within seven (7) days of the commencement of the Course will not be subject to a refund.
